How much space does a waffle kiosk franchise need?

A TBWX (The Belgian Waffle Xpress) waffle kiosk needs 60-120 sq ft — enough for the counter, waffle irons, refrigeration and a prep shelf. There is no seating, no hot kitchen and no exhaust ducting, which is why spaces other food formats cannot use become viable kiosk locations.

The kiosk is TBWX's entry format at Rs 3 Lakhs all-in, with a 15-day setup from signing to launch. Larger formats: small outlet 150-250 sq ft (Rs 3.5-4 Lakhs) and full outlet 250-500 sq ft (Rs 5 Lakhs).
