A Business That Fits Your Life, Not the Other Way Around
You want to build something of your own — something real, with real numbers, that earns money and gives you financial independence. But most franchise opportunities are not built for the life you are actually living. They assume full-time presence, restaurant experience, or capital you have not accumulated yet. Here is why TBWX is different — and how women across India are running profitable TBWX outlets alongside families, households, and everything else.
Entry point: ₹3L · No food experience needed · Mudra loan eligible · 60 sq ft kiosk · Full brand training included.
Five reasons this model works for women starting out
₹3L entry — the right size to start
Most serious franchise opportunities start at ₹8–15 lakhs — a figure that requires borrowing heavily or liquidating savings that took years to build. TBWX's ₹3L entry is not a toy business at that price; 94% of TBWX outlets are profitable. It is a full franchise at a size that lets you start without betting everything on your first attempt.
Chefless — no kitchen expertise required
The most common reason women do not pursue food businesses is the assumption that you need cooking experience or restaurant expertise. TBWX is built chefless. Every item on the menu is made using standardised recipes and equipment that any trained staff member can operate. You are the owner and business manager — not the person behind the waffle iron.
60 sq ft kiosk — minimal physical overhead
A 60 square foot kiosk in a food court or high-street location is fundamentally different from running a full café. There is no large staff to manage, no sprawling kitchen, no dine-in service flow to coordinate. The footprint is small enough to oversee in a single glance — which matters when you have 4 hours at the kiosk before school pickup.
Delivery-first revenue — earn while you are at home
A significant share of TBWX outlet revenue comes through Zomato and Swiggy delivery — which keeps earning whether you are physically present or not. That delivery-first model gives you real schedule flexibility. Your outlet earns during the hours you cannot be there.
Full support — brand, training, supply chain
TBWX handles the systems: staff training, supply chain, brand marketing, POS setup, FSSAI and GST guidance. You do not build any of that from scratch. What you bring is owner accountability, local relationships, and the ambition to build something of your own.

What training and support actually looks like
"Full training included" is a phrase every franchise uses. Here is what it means specifically with TBWX:
Staff training by TBWX team — every menu item, SOPs, POS system, food safety. Done at your outlet before Day 1.
TBWX guides you through FSSAI registration, GST, trade licence, and local shop licence. You do not navigate this alone.
Weekly check-ins with a TBWX area manager. Troubleshoot early issues before they become habits.
WhatsApp-accessible support team. Supply chain coordination handled centrally. Seasonal menu rollouts briefed in advance.
Full ownership, not employment — and how to fund it
A TBWX franchise is FOFO — Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated. You own the outlet. You take home the profits. You make the decisions about staffing, local marketing, and reinvestment. This is not a franchise where you are an employed operator for a large company. You are the business owner.
On funding: the ₹3L entry is deliberately set at a level that is reachable without a large loan. Many of our women franchisees fund the full ₹3L from personal savings or family support. For those who need credit, TBWX outlets are eligible under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) — the Shishu category (up to ₹50,000), Kishore category (₹50,000–5L), or Tarun (₹5–10L) depending on your need. Mudra loans are offered by scheduled banks and MFIs under government guarantee, with lower collateral requirements — women applicants are a priority demographic under the scheme.
The TBWX franchise team can provide a cost breakdown letter for your Mudra loan application. This is something we have helped multiple women franchisees navigate. You do not have to figure out the banking side alone.
Questions women ask us most
Do I need food or business experience to apply?
No prior food or restaurant experience is required. The TBWX system is built chefless — your staff are trained on every item before opening day, and the recipes and SOPs are standardised across all 29 outlets. For business experience: you will learn what you need through the onboarding process and the first few months of running your outlet. Many of our most consistent franchisees had never run a business before. What matters more than experience is the commitment to follow a system and manage a small team.
How does this work with kids and school schedules?
TBWX outlets operate roughly 11 AM to 10 PM, with the peak revenue windows being the lunch hour (12–2 PM) and evening (5–9 PM). Many women franchisees structure their day around school timings: at the kiosk during the lunch peak, home for school pickup, back for the 2–3 hours of evening peak, home before dinner. Your trained staff handles opening, closing, and the lean periods in between. The outlet does not require your physical presence every hour — only your oversight during the peak windows and your managerial attention every day.
Can I run this from home — cloud-kitchen-only without a physical kiosk?
The current TBWX franchise model is a physical kiosk format — this is where the brand's economics work. A cloud-kitchen-only setup is not part of the current franchise offering. However, the 60 sq ft kiosk model requires significantly less physical presence than a full café or restaurant, and TBWX's delivery-first revenue model means a large share of your outlet's income comes through aggregator delivery even from a physical kiosk location. If you are concerned about daily presence requirements, the correct approach is to hire a trained outlet manager and structure your time as described — typically 4–6 hours a day at peak windows, not full-day ops.
Are there other women franchisees I can speak with?
Yes. Women franchise owners are a significant part of TBWX's network — including homemakers who re-entered professional life through TBWX, mothers who run outlets alongside parenting responsibilities, and professionals who run TBWX as a side business. When you express serious interest, the TBWX franchise team can connect you with existing owners in your region for a candid conversation — not a sales pitch, but an honest peer discussion about what working looks like week to week.
What about safety at outlets in the late evening?
This is a practical question and a legitimate one. TBWX outlets typically operate until 10–11 PM. For women owners who are not comfortable being at the kiosk late, the standard approach is to structure your in-person hours around the afternoon and early evening peak (4–8 PM) and have a trusted senior staff member close the outlet. Many women franchisees install CCTV connected to their phone so they can monitor closing remotely. Outlet locations are typically in well-trafficked food courts, market areas, or high streets — not isolated spaces. Kiosk closing is a 20–30 minute process handled by staff, not something you need to be present for every night.
