Walk into any TBWX outlet and you'll see a small griddle with twenty little dome-shaped pancakes puffing up at once. Those are our Mini Bubble Pancakes — poffertjes by Dutch origin, and probably the most underrated category on our menu.

What are Mini Bubble Pancakes?

Poffertjes are a traditional Dutch street snack — tiny yeast-risen pancakes, about an inch wide, cooked in a cast-iron pan with dome-shaped wells. They come out pillowy soft, slightly springy, and lightly golden. Traditional Dutch service is with butter and powdered sugar.

Nutella Mini Pancakes (12 pcs, Rs 179-209) — smothered in warm Nutella, finished with hazelnut crumble. Teenage favorite.

Choco Chip Mini Pancakes (12 pcs, Rs 169-199) — choco chips baked into the batter, then drizzled with maple syrup. Best-seller for kids.

Fresh Fruit Mini Pancakes (12 pcs, Rs 199-229) — seasonal fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, mango depending on month), honey, a light dusting of sugar. Our 'lighter' dessert option.

Caramel Chocolate Mini Pancakes (12 pcs, Rs 189-219) — warm salted caramel + chocolate drizzle. Rich, shareable, ages well in the box for ten minutes if you're taking it away.
